Hi, I’m Kara. PathForward founder, leadership & mindset coach, course creator, growth enthusiast, innovator, change maker . . . and a relentless believer in what’s possible for people when they finally stop playing small, discover their path, and uncover the courage to follow it.
Through my years of work in organizational leadership development and women’s empowerment, I’ve witnessed something powerful: women who are hungry to discover themselves. They’re eagerly diving into their inner work - uncovering their purpose, facing their fears, and forging their own courage. But the biggest barrier I continue to see? Connection.
Women aren’t lacking passion or potential; they’re lacking the networks that allow them to truly thrive.
That’s why PathForward is founded on community first, fueled by growth, and ignited by the momentum to create meaningful change.
