Founder and Managing Principal
Meet our founder
Driven by a passion for personal development and purposeful leadership, Kara Withers brings a depth of experience in designing and facilitating transformational learning for adults. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, Withers is a Certified Leadership Coach, Certified Executive Coach, and a Prosci® Change Management Practitioner. Kara has developed and led impactful programs for an organization of over 8,500 people for over three years, helping hundreds of people at all levels grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Her mission is to empower others to discover their true path by leading with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
